Eagles versus Benin Republic, Lesotho: Rohr already in Nigeria to perfect plans

Super Eagles’ handler Gernot Rohr arrived Nigeria today to start preparations for the all important 2022 AFCON qualifiers against Republic of Benin slated for Cotonou on the 22nd of March and against Lesotho in Nigeria on the  30th of this month, www.adantesports.com.ng reports.

Also as part of his contract he is to monitor players in the Nigeria’s elite league- The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL). He has been watching some of the selected matches live while in Nigeria and also followed it up via NPFL cable but continuing to moniotor the talents in the local league physically means so much to him too.

Rohr also plans to meet with his employer,  the leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation to talk about his team, the players and every important details as regards the two AFCON matches and to ensure that adequate preparations are made to record victories in the two AFCON 2022 qualification matches.

Nigeria needs just two more points to qualify for the finals of the 2021 AFCON already moved to year 2022 but Rohr wants to top the group by winning the remaining two matches.
