Embattled Confederation of African Football (Caf) president Ahmad Ahmad has been reinstated by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) following a ruling on Friday, according to BBC Sports. In November 2020, Ahmad was banned by Fifa for five years after the football’s world governing body found him to have breached several of its ethics codes. The Malagasy, however appealed his decision at Cas, which issued a preliminary ruling on Friday.
