Uzoho targets first team shirt at APOEL Nicosia, eyes Eagles’ qualification for 2022 AFCON, World Cup

Super Eagles’ first choice goalkeeper Francis Uzoho has said that his plans, aspirations and targets for this year 2021 is to win the first team shirt of his club APOEL Nicosia of Cyprus, reports.

He also believed that with good performances for APOEL and playing regularly for the club will put him on a good position to help the Super Eagles qualify for both the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations and the World Cup.

“My targets and plans for this new year 2021 is to try to get as much as possible minutes I can get for my club to get back to my best form.

“The target with the Super Eagles is to qualify for both 2022 Africa Cup of Nations and World Cup”, Uzoho who just joined his new club APOEL disclosed this to SPORTING-LIFE from his base in Cyprus.
